Service is awful. I booked a room for 2 nights to stay in Kharkov during my business trip. I got a confirmation that everything is ok. The guy wrote a confirmation e-mail and sked about time of my arrival. My train arrived at 22.40 so in the hotel I would appear at 23.10. I didn't get any responce and decided that everything is fine and 20 hours before a trip I decieded to check if everything is fine. And what you think. They send me an e-mail that I should understand them and they can't meet me so late! Why they didn't do it from the very beginning? What if I didn't double check? That's awful service. If you don't want to stay in Kharkov with no apartment to live do book that flat ever! Don't take such risk.
