The house is situated in a highly panoramic position among the hills leading towards S. Carlo, Villa Poggiobello enjoys a view over the city of Massa and the entire coastline stretching from Marina di Massa to the Gulf of La Spezia.
The entrance gate gives onto an area reserved for parking, on one side stone steps lead up to a wide covered terrace adjoining the house, which is for the exclusive use of the tenants, while on the other side is the entrance to a small, completely independent flat, frequently used by the owners. The accommodation is equipped with dishwasher and TV. Outside, beside the terrace is the swimming-pool, built overlooking the sheer slope of the wood.
