NOTE 54062: Not applicable to holders of emergency or
temporary passports, who must obtain a visa and security
approval prior to travel.
NOTE 57005: Accepted proof of Egyptian nationality is:

(copy of) a birth certificate, passport or National ID Card

of the relative.

Visa required, except for Sons and daughters born to an
Egyptian father (SEE NOTE 54062) (SEE NOTE 57005).

NOTE 54062: Not applicable to holders of emergency or
temporary passports, who must obtain a visa and security
approval prior to travel.
NOTE 57005: Accepted proof of Egyptian nationality is:

(copy of) a birth certificate, passport or National ID Card

of the relative.

Visa required, except for Sons and daughters of an Egyptian

mother, provided born after 25 July 2004 (SEE NOTE 54062)
(SEE NOTE 57005).
NOTE 54062: Not applicable to holders of emergency or
temporary passports, who must obtain a visa and security
approval prior to travel.
NOTE 57005: Accepted proof of Egyptian nationality is:

(copy of) a birth certificate, passport or National ID Card

of the relative.

Visa required, except for Nationals of Kazakhstan traveling as

a part of an organized tourist group, provided:
- The tourist group consists of at least 10 persons; and:
- Holding a return ticket, booked accommodation and a signed

guarantee letter from a travel agency.
Visa Issuance:
Visa required, except for Holders of normal passports issued
to nationals of Kazakhstan can obtain a visa on arrival for a

max. stay of 30 days. Fee: single entry: USD 25.-; multiple

entry USD 35.-.
Minors:
- Minors, aged less than 16 years, do not need a separate
passport, provided they are registered in passport of a
parent or guardian that does not contain a machine-readable
zone.
Warning:
- Holders of normal passports issued by Kazakhstan require
prior approval from the Egyptian State of Security

Интересная статья, спасибо. Интересно, сколько в этом сезоне россиян поедут отдыхать в Египет. Я слышала, что многие собираются не выезжать за пределы России. А мы решили, что в октябре все-таки слетаем именно туда. Тем более, что  цены [ссылка промодерирована] здесь сейчас адекватные.

Цены-то может и адекватные, а вот ребята из ИГИЛ  адекватностью явно не блещут, судя по новостям из соседнего Туниса. Может лучше не рисковать? Бесплатно только сыр в мышеловке.

Ну почему же никуда? Можно в ту же Испанию поехать, на Канары, в Таиланд, на Кубу, в Доминикану - да много куда.

Появилась информация, что к лету могут возобновить авиасообщение (замдиректора МИДа заявил). Пока что, как я понимаю, желающие летают регулярными рейсами со стыковкой в Стамбуле.
